Are 67-72 frames the same as 60-66?

I found a perfect 65 swb c10 frame for sale and was wondering if my 67 would fit on it. Some say the dimensions are different but everything looks the same minus some crossmembers. Thanks for any info!

have to change the rear cab mount, remove radiator cross member, change radiator support mounts and they go in a different location and either cut the front of the frame off and weld your old ones on or use a roll pan, we put a 63 on a 70 frame, wasnt to bad, but still a little work,

I plan on putting a 67-72 crossmember and re doing all the mounts with the bolt on body drop from porter built. I'm just wondering if everything will line up minus the front mounts
