ash tray ?
My truck is missing the tray, grabbed one out of a 69 i think, and it doesnt fit. Is 72 a oddball year?

Re: ash tray ?
Not an expert, but I think there were 3 different types depending on year. My 69 uses the ball bearing type (shared with the 68s?), and the 72s use a friction fit (shared with the 70s & 71s?). I think 67s were also a friction fit design, but different from the 72s.
Lots of experts here who may share their knowledge. |

Re: ash tray ?
Poster above nailed it, 3 different styles. Sounds like you need the friction type.
