Black Rally Pics?
Anyone painted their rally rims black and used a grey or chrome center cap with the crome trim rings? This sounds like it would look good. I was thinking of doing this and would like to see pics if someone has.

I bought a set of used ralley's that were painted black....didn't care for the look. A lot of people will paint the rims bright aluminum and it looks a little like Alabama Chrome. Again it doesn't look right.
Autozone carries a "Wheel silver" paint I used on those black rims. The contrast looks good. The factory paint grays out and this is close to the correct color. Then to set it off I put a set of the deep corvette style rings on it and it made them look a lot deeper and filled most of the gap between the ring and the verticle part of the rim. Another good look is to get a set of Corvette Ralley rims. You can pick up those rims for about $45 plus shipping so inexpensive. Run the covette rings and run either a Top hat or a Illinoise state trooper cap. Makes them look real deep and retro. My buddy runs that set up on his 94 extended cab 1500. He pealed the Chevy block scrips strip off the tail gate and had a sign shop make a new log in the old style Chevrolet script. Has a 4/6 drop on it Really set the truck off.

It's a nice set-up to run w/ 6-lug rallys, but will not work on the 5-lug truck rallys though. Ask me how I know....

Years ago I was at the Auto Fair in Charlotte and I saw a cube truck with these different type of wheel, come to find out they where 56 cady hubcaps with the centers removed and I said to myself if I ever got the chance to buy aset of them I would,so i got that chance to buy several of them. I saw them this year for 250.00 aset and I thought that was pretty high, but I got a few sets left and I'll let them go for 100.00 aset if your still interested then PM me for more info.
