Second Chance build
Ok I've finally decided to start a build thread for my truck it will most likely be a slow process compared to some of you guys builds which to be honest just downright make me jealous. Ok so the back story my dads buddy had the truck and my dad just had to have it all this time I'm trying to by my grade ads 67 from my uncle with no luck. My dad brings it home with big dreams and we get to work pull the blown motor and replace it with a strong 350 with a mild cam( he wanted a driver) and fixed the rats nest of wiring. He drove it all of 10 times decieded to sell it, lots of tire kickers and joy riders later I bought it. I pulled his 350 oh and put my 357 in only to drive it one time around the block rod broke at 7grand and took cam,crank and block with it major carnage. So engine bay is bare again I'm thinking 6.2 6l90e posi 3.08 it's already 5 lug 22/24 combo paddle shifters posiblly twin turbos down the road coilovers all around sway bars at both ends tubular control arms and trailing arms rack and pinion steering and mabey a little more drop I want it to be an all around performer plus have nice creature comforts ac heat power one piece windows the flush rear window minor shave red with white top cream or light tan interior either an I pad or. American muscle for gauges oh and firewall shave/ reshape here are the pics so far day it came home
