show your rims

Looking for ideas for new rims I have a 71 long bed c10. the truck has been dropped 2/3 but will be adding dropped 2.5 spindles before spring.
I am thinking of 15x10 inthe rear w/ 4.5 back space and a 15x7 w/3.5 for the front.
thanks in advance,
John

Talking Re: show your rims

Well I took the 15" off a long time ago. I ran 17" for several years then I bought the 20" all around and love them.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thanks man,
couldn't afford the 1 peice window treatment back when I did that mod. I did it the old fashion way. Scrap metal and some welding.

no, just drop springs and shocks from ccp. I ordered the 3-5 kit and didnt like the way it sat so i took an extra coil off the front springs, thats why im thinking its more of a 4-5, maybe even 5-5 drop. Not sure about the drop spindles, i'm sure someone will chime in...

I always thought the outer edge of a wheel was the rim?

Re: show your rims

69 and older have a narrower rear axle than 70 to 72 so the look will be different depending on what year rear your running

Re: show your rims

Sneaky what is the backspace on your rear wheels I like the way they fill in the wheel wells. Also are you running a stock width71-72 axle.

70 cst I like the color combo on your truck. I tried to find that before I bought mine. The TT II's look good on that IMHO

dropanddrag71 nice clean looking truck
