I have a very nice Step Bed for sale. No rust through anywhere! Tailgate and front of bed have a very slight bow. I am sure both can be worked out. A great solid Bed with some "patina". $450.00

I am an hour north of Atlanta.

I will deliver or meet buyer up to 75 miles from 30533.

The harness is cheap to buy and easy to replace. That should not sway a decision at all. Just negotiate the price accordingly.

FWIW I checked on freight for this and from GA to MI (750 miles) it would run around $160 with out lift gate service.....from a broker (plus unknown delivery times and final fees....), private transport was around $250.
