Oil Pressure Problem(North West Indiana)

Im getting close to my oil change on my truck and before i go out and actually buy the filter and do the change i've been noticing ever since i been using the carquest blue filter(same as wix/napa gold) I've been running 10-40 if im correct(or 10-30) Quaker state defy high mileage synthetic blend motor oil with Lucas oil stabilizer in place of one quart every morning when i wake up to start my truck it builds oil pressure very very slow. I never noticed it when i ran the wix or napa gold filters is it just because this filter has the anti drain back valve or something? its on a build up small block 350. This time around I have 5 quarts of Lucas Oil Semi Synthetic Motor Oil to go in the truck
