New stance
This is the best pic I could get the shop to send me. Wish it was lower but it will have to do for now. I think I will be happy when I see it in person. It is a 4.5/6 drop.

Re: New stance
Very nice! Were the springs burb specific or just truck ones? Either way id bet they settle a bit after driving.

Re: New stance
That is why I broke down and sent it to the shop.
It has a nice patina. I will probably hit it with some CLR when I get it back and buff it out. So True. Quote:
I hope so. We also rebuilt the entire suspension.

I am not sure if this pic is with the lowering blocks or not.

Re: New stance
I`m curious to see how you like the ride, which rear 4" springs did you go with?

Re: New stance
They were whatever brand Brothers sells. I bought them off CL but they were brand new. The shop that is working on it works on these trucks and helped on N2Billets Hazel said they prefer the 4" spring with the 2" block over a 6" spring. I put 6" ECE springs in my SWB but it is no where near going back on the road so I have no first hand experience.

Re: New stance
Super sick! Love it. The thing with going lower is then you just run into problems that get annoying...rubbing, bottoming out, tough to use a jack, inner fender issues etc...That stance looks great.

Re: New stance
I decided to have the burb completely rewired so I have still not seen it in person yet because the shop is so far away. I also ran into some probs with the gas tank and I am talking with FUELCELLGUY about a custom tank.

Re: New stance
I dropped the FUELCELLGUY tank off at the shop and got to see the underside of the truck and I am very pleased. The new brake lines and etc. look great. He blasted and painted the trailing arms and a-arms. I hope it settles some in the back or I may need a shorter spring.

Re: New stance
I will let you know when I get it back. I bought them used and I am not sure of the tire size. The wheels are 20x8.5 and 20x10.

Re: New stance
I will post some once it is back in my posession. The shop is 80 miles from my house so I have to get it back and get exhaust before it is ready to hit the road. I was hoping to get it running and have the shop make sure everything was working properly before I got it back but it doesn't look like it is going to work out that way.
