Are these Original or aftermarket?
Are these window cranks original or aftermarket?
I find part numbers on the door cranks, but none on the window cranks. New aftermarkets only come black or clear knob.. they apsolutly look like a matched set... If i could find the chrome knob ones, i'd swap it for what i installed threw LMC. Two are convex and two are concave

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
The door handles look factory to me, but the window cranks don't. At least the knobs don't

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
I agree those window cranks are not correct for this era truck in fact I think they are aftermarket and no part # kinda confirms that

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
I'm thinking the window cranks are off earlier model GM car. The look like the cranks on my daddy's 63 Buick.

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
Here are two comparison pics I made not long ago. Originals on the bottom row, repros on the top. In general, the originals are heftier and display a GM part number. Contours differ as well.

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
My own truck has two different knobs on the original crank handles..
Both knobs are the same, one is black, the other is clear yellowed with age .. J.

Re: Are these Original or aftermarket?
For my '67 I'm using cranks that are styled exactly like original truck cranks and handles but have a chrome knob similar to the ones shown. I wonder what they are from. Not sure where they are stashed or I'd get the PN off of them. I know the same cranks (rubber knob) went on G-series years beyond '72
