Eager to learn! Eager to teach!

I'm new to the forum and I love old GM trucks! I live in Utah and work on cars when I have spare time. I picked up my first 1984 Chevy truck when I was 16 and I loved it. Here it is:

Since then I was hooked and have owned two others and I hope to purchase a 2 wheel drive 72 soon. I was browsing the local classifieds one day and found a truck I had to have. So I sold my 2001 Mustang GT and went out and bought this truck:

I have youtube videos of me walking around the truck, but I can't post a link on this computer. If you search up username 'genuineredman' it will pull up my vids.

My current project is an 85 GMC that is getting an LS swap put in it. I picked up a 5.3-liter LM7 that I started putting in the truck in October. I hope to get it done before the new year! I only have weekends to work on it so it is slow going. Here is a pic of this one.

I built all 3 of these trucks, paint and all, and have tons of pictures of the progress they've been through. I have learned a lot over the years but still have LOADS to learn. I hope to be a helpful member.
