where do I get Rocker panel caps/plugs

Who knows where to buy replacements for the plastic caps/plugs that go in the holes in the front of the rocker panels? I need some to put in the holes of the panels I put on my cab that Im rebuilding. Also was thinking of using a properly sized hole saw to drill a few (maybe two) holes into the back of the rocker in a few spot so that I would be able to put in some of these caps and then pull them out periotically to clean out and or dump oil inside the rockers as rust prevention. Good idea? opinions? Thanks for any info and or feedback.

Here you go:http://www.gmcpauls.com/new_page_8.htm

Why not spray the inside with undercoating?

Re: where do I get Rocker panel caps/plugs

Thanks for the link. Whatever you wanted to put inside there whether it be paint oil or whatever you need a way to get in there after its al welded up. I thought maybe one about halfway and another toward the back. Every one of these Ive ever had colected sand inside the rocker and rotted through from the inside out along the bottom. I think it find its way through the top between the spot welds where the door gasket sits.

Re: where do I get Rocker panel caps/plugs

Go to any good auto body store and get some 3M Rust Fighter I to spray inside your rockers and anything else you can get access to. It's a non hardening corrosion protection coating for all internal cavities. Aerosol can or quart jar with a special applicator that hooks up to your air hose. The latter is by far the best applicator for getting in tight places like rockers. Has a 36 inch wand that can spray 180-360 degrees. You can run it up in between the bed and fender to help prevent corrosion too.
