$100 for an edelbrock manifold? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. You'd pay more for a new one, (plus tax) and it's not as if the manifold can wear out. Clean it up, and it's as good as new. Don't know about the frame and cab though, sounds pretty good.Best of luck with that.

The intake sounds like a good deal. I've seen people try to sell aftermarket intakes for $125-200 around here. Some have even tried for as much as $75 for the stock intakes.......

Sounds like a good deal to me. I would make sure that I get
the complete truck.

Good deal on the intake. While they don't wear out, they can be damaged by over torquing, but this usually breaks the ears off. If the $1500 is canadian, that's probably a good deal assuming you get the entire truck. No rust in the cab corners doesn't mean the rockers, floor pan, kick panels and door support bottom (behind the outer rocker) aren't rusted.

Good deal on the intake as long as the Carb and thermostat holes aren't stripped. The truck sounds like an awsome deal. I paid that much for a rusty POS, but the engine and tranny were fresh anyhow.

Always check an aluminum intake for corrosion damage around the coolant passage openings and the thermostat hole as well. If it has minor pitting it can be repaired with a little JB weld or similar product. I've seen some pitted out beyond what I'd want on my truck though!
