You guys that are shaving your antenna, What are you doing for radio reception?

There are several companies with hidden antenna's. Metra Electronics is one such company and can be purchased at any car stereo shop. The reception isn't as good as the external. I'm doing this on my current build.

My antenna is laying accross the underside of the dash and the reception is very good here in south florida. I barely listen to the radio anyways as I have satelite radio but when I do it works fine.

Thanks guys. I am planning on keeping it mostly original looking from the outside (mostly) but hate the look of the original antenna.
