Question 1995 front brake rotors with 5x4.75 bolt pattern???

Hello guys im new here. I need some help. Im restoring a 1950 Buick Convertible, I remove the original chassis and I adapt a 2wd 1995 Suburban chassis which I think is very much the same like a 95 truck.

Im installing a LS1 and 4L60e combo with the rear end of a 1998 camaro on it. The problem that I have now is that I need to match the bolt patterns to 5x4.75. in the front.

I hear some people just drill new holes in the rotors but I like to know if there is any rotor with the 5x4.75 bolt pattern that I can just addapt on that suspension or if someone do a custom rotor for that aplications? or any other Ideas?

thanks for the help
