what fits???

will headers for a 1963 and up pu, fit a 1961 pu???

Block-hugger/shorty headers should work... they came from the factory with Rams Horn exhaust manifolds, so shorty headers should plug into that same hole just fine.

The problem you run into with the '60-'62 trucks is the torsion bar cross member: You need enough distance from the end of the header to allow the exhaust pipe to bend around and through the cross member.

It's got a t350 tranny. Motor mounts are custom. And I don't have the torsionbars or cross member anymore.

I would say yes. I have 63-66 hedmans on my '62 with '73 front suspension.

you can also look at 81 camaro heders, they will miss the shifter linkage at the end of the steering wheel as well. However you may need to get a bit creative on the exhaust flange sweep.- Cheers- Nate
