Carb Identification Question

I am having a hard time identifying the model number on my carb. It is off a 65 GMC 1000 series with a 305E. There isn't a model number on the airhorn, only the patent numbers on the back side (cab side) of the carb. I need to rebuild the carb and want to make sure I get the right parts. It looks like it may have been rebuilt once before.

Thanks in advance.

Here are some pics.

Re: Carb Identification Question

Sorry, I didn't mean the model number, I met the GM Code or Part number.
