rubbing or vibrating noise

I need everyones help. I was on my way home tonight and noticed what i think is a rubbing or vibration noise coming from thr left side ofmy truck. When i turn left under exceleration i hear the noise. when i turn left coasting i dont hear it. I checked all wheel bearings and i just rebuilt all of front suspention. Im stumped on what it is.

just a guess. not knowing what motor and more about your truck...fan hitting the shroud . open hood,put it in drive, hold brake , give it gas and see if the motor comes up...
