Does anyone know this Blazer???

Not sure if I'm in the right section, but I'm looking at a 69 Blazer in Prescott Valley, Az. Just wondering if anyone out there personally know's the Blazer. The current owner told me he bought it 1.5 years ago and drove 5hrs to get it. Just curious if there's any info out there on it, as I'm far away from it and I'm thinking of either having it transported to me or flying/drive it back. I got burnt once, just trying to be pro-active this time. I was told it was built about 5 years ago, with a fuel injected 350/700r4.

I drive mine everyday, out and about 3-4 times a day, and live in Prescott Valley. I've never seen that blazer running around anywhere, nor have I seen it at any of the local cruise inns around here that I frequent.

There are only a couple of the 1st gen blazers running around up in this area, one is mine, and another one that I see occasionally. If it's up here he's not driving it much at all.

If you want to PM his location I'd be happy to take a look for you, snap some pics and give you an honest description of the truck.

I have a 69 Blazer and that Blazer has the wrong grille for a 69. Looks like a grille for a 70. Might not mean much just thought I'd chip in. Hate to see anyone get burnt.

Whoops, gotta learn how to proof read better. 69 and 70 grilles are the same. Looks like a grille from a 71-72?

yes it is a 71/72 grill/bumper, But the vin is 69. I do believe they are 69 door panels in it, but I didn't post those pic's.

I was looking at that same one on Craigslist. If I didnt have mine I would have picked up that one. Looks real nice.

No I would have but like I said I picked up a Jimmy custom recently. But from the description its sounds real nice.

Is my first post here...just found the site not too long ago but have been busy and with no internet at my new home location can be a royal pain!!

this is a beautiful rig, once found, email me as I have a decent company how shipped mine in from New England and I met the driver in San Antonio on Saturday...Awesome service dispite going through 15 drivers (due to the location) LOL

Not yet. I''ve made a deal with him, just waiting for the new title to come. He claims that it's reissued and is on the way. I called the dmv and they confirmed that it's been reissued and it should be there by the end of the week. Pretty anxious. I will keep you posted and I hope you had a good Christmas.

Well I own it. We got the paperwork issue worked out. Bought it through ebay, deposit paid, just got to wait for the bank to open on Wednesday to pay for the remainder. Can't wait. I got a set of factory buckets/console for it locally, good foam/brackets, just need new covers. Pretty happy.........so far!
