Original rotors, turn or replace?

I bought the front end out of a 72 when I converted my 68 to power front disc and power steering. I didn't use the rotors. I figured since the calipers were seized and I was going to use them as a core, I might as well buy new rotors too.

Fast forward to now, I sold the 68 and now own a 65 that was already converted to manual 5 lug disc. The rotors on it are warped, and I have these originals sitting in the garage. They still show a deep wear indicator in the middle of the surface but are pretty rusty in the vent holes. Is it worth turning these or am I asking for trouble? Everyone says the originals are superior quality to the typical auto zone/oreilly rotors that are available.

The front end looked like it was well taken care of. The spindles showed no wear on the bearing surfaces and the upper ball joints were original with boots intact and full of grease. I don't know if the lowers were original but they were in the same condition. Only real issue seemed to be the calipers were locked up from sitting.
