Battle Scars
Today I took the '67 out to get some shielding gas for my welder, on the way back a rock put a huge crack in the windshield. It's an unfortunate pat of driving a vehicle you like. I was curious about how often and what types of minor damage occurred to other members trucks just from using and enjoying them. I drive my truck quite a bit. It has 30,000 miles since I built it several years back, and it has quite a few minor scars from its travels.

My daily driver is a Jeep wrangler and I have had to replace my windshield five time since i have owned it. The darn thing is just a flat sheet of glass and nothing bounces off of it not even that owl !

My truck has the round fog lights in the bumper. Going down the interstate one day a rock hit it perfectly and broke it. When I got to my destination and saw it the rock was still inside the light. Of course, the only way I could find to replace the light was to buy a whole 'nother kit... I think it was $50 or $60... I still have the "extra" as a spare, just in case!
I also had another rock "ding" one of my aluminum grill trim rings. Theres other various things. I just want to sand it down, spray a bunch of random colors on it and try not to care anymore
