Please don't flame me but I'd like to ask...
When converting to a BBW why is cutting and welding such a large section necessary? It seem like you could cut out the window size and roll the lip so that the seal attaches and then install the window. It sounds soooo simple and if it was I know everyone would be doing it that way. I'm just curious as to what I am missing that it's not being done that way. Thanks for the lesson that is about to follow.

Correct. The inside panels at the rear of the cab are not the same. not even close.
