Re: more 71-72 parts

Hi Johnny.........core support looks really good. Is there any way of shipping? also, I did see where there is a little (not alot) of rust directly under the battery tray where the inner fender flattens out. Im assuming that if it has a little rust, the core support isnt too far behind.

thanks again....merry christmas!!

Greg

I was referring to rust on my core support....not yours..haha. I am interested, if you decide to ship it, I will commit to buy it.

Re: more 71-72 parts

that must be a very common place for rust.......that is exactly where mine is (only mine has a hole there....ha) are the aftermarket inners very nice, or is the orig still a better way to go? also, are all inner from 67-72 the same?

please consider shipping the core support. I would like to buy it.

thanks,
Greg

Re: more 71-72 parts

Johnny, I have a brother that lives in Dallas.....what fee would you charge me to deliver at least the core support to Dallas?, and possibly both inner fenders? I can work out the shipping from there. The drivers side inner fender had some pitting, but didnt look like it had rusted through. Please let me know if that would work for you. Thanks again....merry christmas, Greg.

Is the rust on the passenger inner fender or the driver? Mine has some rust on the passenver inner cender under the battery.

Re: more 71-72 parts

Thankas again. My brother is out of town, and we are out until saturday. I would like to vet shipping arrangements panned out. I see why you are hesitang about shipping. My fear is getting damaged, or damaging the powdercoating then I would have to strip it and start all over again. Is ther a way it could be packaged so the powdercoating would not crack or chip? Thanks again, Greg

Greg , the powdercoat is antercite gray and has black spots coming thru n it thats one of the reason, s besides it being diffucult to ship is why i perfer local pick up on these large item,s so the buyer knows what he getting. i would think that your truck being black you would change the color of the support ill try and get that thing off in the next few days and get some good pic,s and if you still want it i can carry it to you brother ...jw

If you decide to ship the inners, i would be interested. Grayhound might be the cheapest way.

Re: more 71-72 parts

I am in need of a driver side window regulator and possibly the door glass. Would you be willing to separate and ship? Does it seem like the window rolls up and down smoothly? (I wonder if it has broken roller). I know these can be replaced, but mine also has a stripped out regulator gear.
