Anyone have tips or tricks for lining up window / regulator?

The passenger side window went in pretty easy and works great. The driver side is binding and isn't going up level. As you can see from the picture, the back is low lower than the front. I have tried loosening everything up and moving it where in needs to go. I'm starting to wonder if the regulator is bent or worn out. Anyone have any ideas?

I think so. The plastic wheel on the bottom is in its channel for sure. The two that attach to the window were hard to get in. Something isn't right. I have an extra regulator I can try, but I'm sure not looking forward to taking it all apart again.
