Instrument bezel question
Bought a used bezel for my truck. It came out of an AC truck and mine does not have AC. My question is does anyone make either block offs or storage pockets to fit the holes where the vents are in the bezel?

Re: Instrument bezel question
Why don't you just use the bezel from a non a/c truck instead?Or if your old bezel is non a/c,cut the storage pocket out of it& glue it into your new one...just a thought...

Re: Instrument bezel question
I'm thinking the best-looking option to fill the vent holes is to use an actual vent. It won't be funtional without fabrication, of course, but it will certainly look like it's made for it!

Re: Instrument bezel question
I don't have a bezel in my truck currently. The previous owner gave it the "custom" look.

Re: Instrument bezel question
That is more than likely what I will end up doing. It has the vent above the heater controls but not the one by the headlight switch so I will have to find one. Should be able to get one at the local Pull A Part.

Re: Instrument bezel question
My truck used to have a tach in the lower left vent hole. It looked like it belonged there, I wish I had a picture to show you. The PO just used a piece of painted sheet metal behind the bezel and mounted the tach to/through it.
