Okay, its cold... the heat in my truck works just fine, but there is only the single floor vent, which doesnt do much but keep my steel toe warm... is there any mods or tricks I can do do get more heat in the cabin?

Re: Brrr!!!
About all you can do is take apart the box where the heater core is. Make sure it isn't packed with debris from some friendly pack of mice, and put it back together. Not the most pleasant of jobs but if its full of stuff you won't get much heat in the cab.

Re: Brrr!!!
These heaters work pretty good in the trucks when they are cleaned out. I run my defrost lever half way between defrost and foot level.
