One more steering wheel / horn thread

I am piecing together a '69 C-20. I have all the TLC, a little bit of money but short on knowledge of how most things work. My horn works but the horn cap is broken and missing what I believe to be a spring and horn brush. (part listed below)

I wondering if this is the correct part that slides into the steering wheel under the horn cap cup bracket...metal circle thing.

Also....anyone got a used black 69-72 Chevy horn cap they will sale? I know it's not the WTB section...but figured I'd throw it in here.
