Yet another resto update.
Well I tried to get it done in two weeks, but due to parts delays, actual paying customers, and my friends Bachlor party I fell short of my goal. My wife will return from vacation on Tuesday once again bringing my resto to a snails pace.
Here is what I have gotten done to date: New fenders cut in and installed. Cowl rust cut out and new metal welded in. Cut in doors installed. Interior sanded, blocked, and painted. Blazer tank installed. Seat and dash pad taken to interior shop. New bedside painted and waiting for install. Cab primed and blocked (3 times). Rear Cab divider installed. LH trim fitted. This is what I have remaining: Fit the hood. Paint the outside of the truck. Install the front and rear glass. Install one piece side windows. Make pop open side marker gas lid. Install Dynamat, carpet, and the rest of the interior. Install inner fenders. Cut bed brace and reweld for Blazer tank. Install new bedside. Send bed for bedliner. New Exhaust. Buy new wheels and tires (assuming I have money left over?) I have to say I'm beat and I thinking of just parking it for a few weeks to take a break. I guess thats like a crack addict taking a break. Well what do you guys think so far? Updated pics are in my link.
