Re: quad headlight to dual..

Are you talking about going from the quad glass bulbs to the dual composit(two bulbs in one unit)or switching to single single glass bulb units(6x8" I think they are?) If you are going to the composit headlights you will need the compleat assmbaly for each side(light and mounting braket) and the pig tails for the bulbs, I've done this swap but in revers to what you want, I've gone from the composits to the quad glass sealed beams

Re: quad headlight to dual..

your stock grille will work, your clear corners will work. The composite lights (the ones you are wanting) will bolt right up. to get the lights to light up/plug in, you will need to splice the 90-93 light connectors. one those, the black wire is ALWAYS ground and the other color is the positive lead. hope that helps, and If you want to save a few pennies, just buy a billet insert and put it on your stock grille, if the grille isn't in bad shape of course

That's it. The composite lights with the mounting base, pigtails and bulbs.
And just in case you don't already know, bulbs are 9006 lowbeams and 9005 highbeams.

Re: quad headlight to dual..

do you already have the parklights/turn signals mounted?

if not you may run into an issue like me. I had to get the spacers like the 90-93's because they would not sit back in they had to be pushed out.

And I swapped in the quad setup into my 97 GMC 'cause I like them better than the composite style.

Re: quad headlight to dual..

mine wouldn't sink in, they hit the radiator support so I had to make spacers, of course mine were off ebay, and tons cheaper then lmc.

same with my headlights and markers.

I swapped all of mine over.
