Re: Parting '72 LWB 1/2 ton
Sport mirrors are toast as well as the rearview mirror, I will check on the sport mirror brackets. This truck was beat.
Adam, the inner grille has the usual small cracks and at least one upper bracket is broke. I will snap a pic in the morning. |

Cheyenne shortstep, I have no mirrors right now. The chrome does not matter, as long the mirror heads are somewhat tight and glass is intact I will take them. If not I will still want the mounting brakcets and hardware. Thanks !

Re: Parting '72 LWB 1/2 ton
The mirrors are completely junk, floppy and broken glass. I will take the doors apart in the next couple days and let you know on the brackets.

Re: Parting '72 LWB 1/2 ton
I thought a parting out thread was better than a whole bunch of separate ads, I read about hogging the parts board and figured this was the best way. If this is not the way then mods feel free to close this thread and I will post all parts separately.
I did not list prices because so far nothing asked about has been available. Dano, rear axle has been sold. $200 for front suspension which includes spindles with disc brakes, steering components, springs, a-arms. Inner grille is pretty much cracked and tabs are broken, grille emblem is pitted, cracked and faded. None of the sheetmetal on this truck is good, and I mean all is very rusty. Core support bent in half when I removed the front clip. |

Re: Parting '72 LWB 1/2 ton
Would you be willing to separate the spindles, calipers, rotors and master cylinder?
