292 with 700R
My dd is a 67 gmc 6 cyl 4 speed was thinking about putting in a over drive does anyone have this set up ?

Looking at doing this with my 250 now. Got a rebuilt 2004r going in. Has a a higher 1st gear (Better for 3.73 rear) and a slightly lower OD. Should get my RPMs down to 1900-2000 on the Highway. Plus it is the same length as a TH350 so I shouldnt have to shorten the driveshaft.
