C10 Drop Question

i have been thing about dropin the front for a while and i just want to do 1 and a half coils. but, my question is; can i just drop the lower a arm to do the coils. i was looking at the lower a arm and it has one bolt to maybe take it off. i was just curious if that was the case.

Re: C10 Drop Question

It's a little more than just that. You'll have to remove the shock where it bolts to the lower A arm and the sway bar bolts at the A arm. Take care and put a jack under the lower A arm when removing that ball joint bolt keeping in mind it's under a bunch of pressure because of the spring.
