Arrow WA- 73 GMC that i Found in Craigslist (worth to see)

Hallo guys,

I've been hunting in Craigslist for original 73-77 GMC trucks lwb 3/4 for a while now, and I found that advert the otherday but no pictures, and I sent an email and the lady was so nice and honest in the same time, she send me some pictures and I thought why not posting in here, maybe some one close will get a chance to win the truck here we go :

http://yakima.craigslist.org/pts/3519953797.html

Lots of parts to get from this truck, and far as she said the motor has not been rebuild runs good and only has 57 thousand Original miles.

good luck every one and wish me luck of my truck hunting

Salem

That looks pretty good for up there. I don't get why they would part a running truck out.

Probably title issues, easier to part out.

I was thinking about the same thing ! but again it might be a title issue or no cash to repair ! either way I wish it will go to great new owner like the old one.

my buddy has ones. i wanted to shave the "gmc" and sell it. kind of a shame though. i believe it was just 73 and 74. finding a decent 73-74 gmc gate is harder then a decent grille. its teh first part to get beat

They all have the dog dish caps. I have a 78 gms stepper that I got a 73 grill for. Trying to make it a first year gmc royal Sierra. It is a royal Sierra so I'm assuming that must be a base?

I was wondering what's so special about the wheels, too. They're just the standard 6.5 x 16.5s. The tailgate, interior, and all the emblems jumped out at me. It's the Camper Special w/tee pees and I think a Sierra Grande (can't see)

Nice truck. You can get some good, relatively rust free ones up here. I bought my 77 1/2 ton with no rust and only about 75K miles for 1200 dollars. It needed about 800 bucks in repairs (suspension, exhaust, tires sucked) but for the money it was well worth it.
