D52 brake calipers... What prop. valve and hoses did you go with?

I got my D52 brackets from captainfab not to long ago and I was wondering what size banjo bolts, what size brake hose, and what proportioning valve you guys went with for the Cadillac calipers. Also do I need to upgrade my booster? Thanks!

Lose the booster. Manual 4 wheel disc are way more fun
