Here's a nice lightly used pair of aluminum valve covers I bought from a fellow board member. They wouldn't work with my serpentine mounts.
$60 + shipping comes with the center bolts.

They will fit 87-98 centerbolt style heads.. Vortec or tbi..

Were you using the stock cast aluminum GM mounts or something aftermarket? I plan on using the GM mounts, and would be interested if these would work with that.

Also interested in knowing where the interference was. If it was with the AC compressor, I may still be able to use, as I am going with a delete pulley.

I'm not sure which cast valve covers you are talking about? I was planning on replacing the stock steel TBI valve covers on a 93 5.7.
The interference I had was on the driver side at the alternator. I was using a stock tbi serpentine setup. I never tried the pass. Side after I found the interference. I'm thinking these work best on motors like Kyle's truck pictured above.

Wasn't talking about cast valve covers.

Was talking about the cast aluminum brackets from a stock GM serpentine setup, which it sounds like you just confirmed won't work due to alternator clearance.

Sorry for confusion on my part. I tried to put these on a 5.7 tbi out of a 93 roadmaster. Not sure if the serpentine setup is the same as a truck or Chevy car?

Looks like $16.23 for UPS ground. I didn't try USPS because it's pretty far out of my way and UPS picks up here every day. If that works for you I can PM payment instructions. thanks
