What are you using for the passenger "hold on for dear life" handles?

What's a passenger?

But seriously, nothing. Why do we need a "panic" handle?

Buttock gripping exercises. Serioiusly, I am going to try and find some "flip out" ones like are in my wife Honda CRV, primarily to help boost myself up into the seat. Most tilt columns fail because they are used as grab bars. Someone in the 4x4 section posted the same question a while back, might try a search there.

Re: TF interior door panic handles?

I'm not using anything (at least not yet), but I had a few industrial door handles, did some measurements, and they fit great.

What I have looks like the handle in the picture, but is drilled and tapped in both ends.

Just try browsing your local ACE, or Menards. There's always a good idea there.

After drinking all night, that gets rid of that "I've fallen and I can't get up" problem!
