looking for best price on 4-6 drop

97 extended cab needs ball joints. so i figure its the right time to drop truck
whos got best pices on 4-6 or 5-7 drop kits.
gonna get mooge parts. rest of front end is solid. just need on ball joint on each side. on upper one lower. figure its smarter to do all 4 at once. and drop truck at the same time.
appreciate any help

I'd decide which brand you want to use then go from there. You dont want to cheap out on suspension.
I usually use BellTech or Western Chassis stuff.
Check with the board vendors there are several.
Besides that can order from Stylintrucks, Summit, Western Chassis directly, etc.
Check for discount codes & shipping specials from these guys too.

Re: looking for best price on 4-6 drop

any advice on using djm?
been looking around an saw a kit with shocks, flip kit, notch etc for little over 600 from summit. think same kit with bell tech name will be closer to 1000.
lost it all in sandy so, not trying to buy cheap parts, but can really afford to loose shirt on kit.

Re: looking for best price on 4-6 drop

I have the DJM 5-7 kit on my crew cab but i got it a long time ago and went with the dropped control arms and if i were to do it again i would stay away from dropped arms.. thats my opinion.

DJM quality is right there with BellTech and Western Chassis, but Scott is right about avoiding their drop arms. They're designed to be used only with stock springs. Stick with spindles and springs and you'll be just fine.
