New in the box. Box only opened to look at it. Still wrapped in the shrink wrap. Have receipt where I purchased for $299.95 plus the shipping.

The part number is 6772BB2, this is direct replacement for our 67-72 chevy/GMC trucks, blazers, etc. Check out the link.
