Any ideas?

Before I ask, I know I can allways try and find a new cab or a cab with a better roof. Seeing as how I live in Miami, Sea salt central, I need to repair this until I can find another one. What do you guys think would be the best way to repair these holes and make the gutter (or lack of gutter) in these areas look decent? Prefebly somthing lighter on my wallet, as I will take the time to fix it right when I find another cab or roof.

The first pic is centered directly above of the windshield, the second is the passenger corner...
