Porterbuilt questions....

Ok so I have a 75 C-10 SWB and I want to bag it and I think Im going with Porterbuilt components but I have a couple questions about some stuff.... Nate... cough cough

1. Bolt on 4-link VS. Truck arm conversion?

I was originally going to get the truck arm conversion since thats what I have always wanted to do to my truck even before this was available through porterbuilt BUT... I was wondering. Between the two, which style is the more superior design? Which of the two will go lower on the drop? Which will have better handling characteristics?

2. Tubular control arms or stage 1 front?

I am NOT, nor am I planning on a front drop member as I dont want my truck that low. Im just not into the cartoon look as I call it. I like a nice MUSCULAR stance and look on my trucks as opposed to the street rod/mini truck style.

Anyway, will the tubular control arms offer any additional travel or go lower than the basic stage 1 setup with the cup and the plate bolted in? When buying the tubular arms for use with the stock cross member, do they still utilize and come with the bolt in upper plate? What exactly is the benefit of haveing the balljoint moved forward 1"? I am running 20" wheels up front with a 35 series sidewall, is this going to bottom out on my fenderwell when aired out?

3. Shocks?

So the truck already has the basic 5/6 static belltech drop on it now. I was wondering if I could still just use my belltech drop shocks with the Porterbuilt stuff and maybe possibly bring the cost of the kit down slightly by eliminating the shocks? Or are the KYBs a better product or have any advantages or benefits and thats why they were chosen/included?

Any help on these concerns would be appriciated.

Here is the candidate that will be recieving said components:

Chevyfanaddict-

BTW.... NICE square body!
