1990 5.0 cylinder header issues

Hi
Im having issues with the cylinder heads on my 1990 silverado with a 5.0, lately when i start it up there is a ton of stuck valves so it has a ton of super loud ticks almost as loud as a knock. After it warms up most of em go away one or two sometimes stay stuck but most of em free up. I put that lucas oil stuff in my truck but it didnt help at all. How wud i fix this? Is this bad for my truck? Do i need to buy new heads? Any help will be greatly apreciated thanks yall!!

I might try some engine flush or maybe some Sea Foam in the oil. If they are sticking bad enough to make you think of replacing them I don't see how adding chemicals would hurt them. I've never used Sea Foam in the oil but heard it works great at freeing sticky valves.
