Cool '98 'Burb questions

I have a 1998 GMC Suburban Choo Choo Customs edition that is up for sale cheap! It runs strong but the transmission is slipping and probably needs a head gasket since it smokes and water comes out of the exhaust. Body is straight and has only had two owners.

No wheels/tires
No interior (seats, carpet)
Serpentine setup will be removed (Ac compressor)

You would have to bring your own equipment to pull the engine and trans yourself.

Engine 5.7 vortec $250
Trans $150
Engine wiring harness $65
Or you can buy entire truck for $900 (sold as is for parts only)

Ok, guys is my pricing fair? About to run it on craigslist...Thanks in advance for advice!
