SPID questions on my 85

I was looking at my SPID sticker today and I have a few questions.
1. 72L- 72 Apple Red 12 Frost. What is this suppose to look like. What is the frost.
2. ZY5-Exterior Decor Package. What all would this consist of.
3. YH6-Bonus Value Option R? What is this.
4. 77D-LEE1 Burgandy Cus Cloth. What does the LEE1 mean.

I am curious as to what my truck looked like when new. I am not sure what the frost is and where it would have been on the truck. Thinking about getting the ol girl back on the road. Been sitting in the shed since 06.

Re: SPID questions on my 85

Here's the vehicle info kit from the GM Heritage Center archive.

http://www.gmheritagecenter.com/docs...olet-Truck.pdf

Flip through that and it will answer all your questions.

To Summarize:

1. 72L- 72 Apple Red 12 Frost - that's code 72 Apple Red (lower, or primary color) with code 12 Frost White (secondary)
2. ZY5-Exterior Decor Package - is the traditional two tone, with the secondary color (white) in the inset formed between the adhesive pin stripe and body side molding
3. YH6-Bonus Value Option R? What is this - I skimmed the attachment and didn't see YH6 (you can look more carefully) but in '87 "YJ6 was an exterior decor package which defined the stripe, body side molding, grille and even rally wheels and white letter tires. I would imagine YH6 is something similar.
4. 77D-LEE1 Burgandy Cus Cloth. What does the LEE1 mean - Custom Cloth bench seat

Re: SPID questions on my 85

I have not found out what the YH6 means. Also how do I tell if my truck came out with Cab trim. The trim that is below the rear window and wraps around.
