Uneven body lines
Has anyone had a problem with the body lines bed to cab not lining up. Im doing a frame off and im running into this problem pass side is perfect while the drivers is a half inch off

You might have to shim the drivers side of the cab a little. 1/2 inch is pretty big difference. It maybe that your frame is tweaked a little, not sure about that but it is possible. Do you have new cab mounts?

put a 4 foot level in the rear window [if not installed] and see how bad that looks then put the level on the tailgate this might help you decide what is off. I had to do this to find out my frame was tweaked and had to shim the box on driver side 3/8 inch to 0 at the back corner
