2+ million mile square in a Chevy Commercial
I forgot about this commercial, but I found it again tonight...was looking for a different one that was a mix of generations but this is too good not to share.

Re: 2+ million mile square in a Chevy Commercial
From what I researched, he is an 80 something year old mayor of a small unknown town, used truck to haul gravel its whole life. Its I think a 78?
He bought it new with the 350 olds DIESEL and put about 1 million miles on it and 1 reman short block (covered under warranty/recall) then by that time it was 1985, in which he dropped in the new 6.2 diesel which clocked the rest of the 2 million so 3 engines, 2 trannies, and the same rear I say its pretty solid. Im amazed at the million on the olds, but hey, the 6.2 is one stout engine! |

Treat your truck like it's the last one you'll ever have and it just might work out that way.
