Installing grill hoops help!
hey guys, got a new set of clips to install my grille hoops on my '68 grille, and couldn't find a writeup or anything about how to do it! I was hoping the clips would come with instructions.
I don't want to fumble my way thru it and possibly mess up a few of them, anyone know of anything written up about it, or have done it and can let me know? If there's a writeup please feel free to link me to it, just wanna get my grille together! Thanks! Al |

The trim on the outside of the grille, they are 2 long oval stainless pieces that attach to the front of the grille, above and below the bowtie: Here's a pic of the hoops, and then a pic of them installed on the grille. And yes, I spelled "grille" wrong in the title....

I am assuming you are talking about the ones on a 67-68 grille. They have a little bit of spring to hold them in place if I remember correctly and just slide them to the desired location. It was pretty straight foward.
