driver door tags

Repainting drivers door and found these labels. They are painted over so I was thinking it came from the factory. Not sure what kind of material it is and to find out I would have to scrape it off. Maybe just lubrication records. Anyone see these before?

Re: driver door tags

Blowing up the photo and increasing the contrast they look to be owner installed plastic Dymo Tape labels, and would only have significance to whoever installed them.
