Re: Non original side mirrors

I can't seem to find some non oem side view mirrors for my K10 frame off project. I'm now at a stand still with the mirror situation. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Non original side mirrors

Here is a picture of my '71 with the low profile mirrors that a lot of auto parts stores carry.

The second picture is of the sport style mirrors I bought from LMC on my '67.

Re: Non original side mirrors

Thanks for all the replies guys, who knew it would be so hard to find the "right" side view mirrors for my toy. My new project currently has a new set of the long armed round onew like the last pic from biohahardbill but they vibrate like crazy on the street and even more so fwy. I really don't want to run the F-150 mirrors because it's a blue oval product. I know some people who are running them and have no vibration issues what so ever but it's a F*** thing. I have been pondering the newer import door mounted style mirrors but haven't quite found the right mounting mirror. Thanks again for your help.

The PO picked them up from the truck Shop in Santa Ana, they are black, which goes with the flat black paint. They look good (while parked) suck a** while moving.
