thistruck should not be crushed. good yard art.

this thing is at a copart auto salvage auction yard. it will prolly be crushed. i would leave it to rust away. i think that it would be cool just to let sit around.

It looks like the victim of a thermal event (fire). Other than surface rust, it does not look that bad. If it was a fire, I wonder how warped the sheet metal is from the heat.

Somebody should turn that thing into a BBQ grill. Maybe under the hood.

That'll buff out! Slap some stockies and wide whites on it and a big block!
I'd roll it!

This would be a perfect yard art truck. set it some mulch and land scape around it.

Re: thistruck should not be crushed. good yard art.

Is that a damn f150 in front of it burned all to hell too? The poor old girl was probably parked near, or in the same garage as the ford and became another victim of a ford cruise control fire. Someone probably lost their garage/home as well.

Re: thistruck should not be crushed. good yard art.

It's funny how the passenger side mirror fell in and the driver's side fell out. I wonder if it was sitting on a side-hill. Or maybe a strong wind-that could be how it came to be so totally burned.

Sad ending for a fine truck
