72 4wd blazer

Hello,
Question does any one know if i need a after market sway bar for my 72 blazer because it has a 4" lift? Or can i use a factory one? Mine is missing.

67-72's 4x4's didn't have sway bars.

I will try to find a thread on what guys have been doing.
