Stripped door sill step plate screws. How to remove?

I'm replacing my door step plates, but the blasted screws are not playing nice. There are about 5 Philips screws on each. On one side, all are seized up. On the other side only one is.

So, how do I get these off? I've tried PB Blaster, but it didn't help

Search for "Grabit Tool"
I have a set and they work on stripped screw heads preety good. There are 4 different sizes in the set but don't forget to run your drill in reverse while making the pilot hole and extracting.

First thing to do is pit screw driver on screw, then tap straight down with a hammer. Now try the screw.

On the underside, use a vise grip to break loose (once the PB Baster has soaked). Once turned loose, screw them tight gain, cut the screws off from behind, and remove with screw driver

Spray the underside also. Try grabbing with a good set of pliers or vise grips.

Thanks everyone. I tried the above suggestion, because it seemed like the easiest approach. Actually, all I did was the hammer on the screwdriver part, and it worked! Thanks! Got the replacement part installed, and it looks great
